Epitome Studios Policies

• We require a credit card to reserve time for two or more people and/or two or more services.
• We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express, cash and personal checks.
• 24-hour notice is required for cancelation. Failure to do so will result in a charge of 50% of intended services.
• Gift Certificates should be treated like cash. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. We do not give partial refunds for unused portions of gift certificates. Gift certificates are good for seven years from the date of purchase.
• A $15.00 fee will be charged for all returned checks. 
• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you may not receive your full treatment.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Gratuities are not included in the price of the services. However, we graciously accept gratuities at your discretion.
